RiverWoods Exeter is a leading provider of senior care services, and we are seeking a skilled Senior Caregiver to join our team. As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Medication Nurse Assistant (MNA), you will provide high-quality care to our residents while promoting a positive and supportive environment.

**Estimated Salary:** $24,000 - $30,000 per year

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working directly with senior citizens, a strong understanding of the importance of resident-centered care, and excellent communication skills. Our Senior Caregivers play a critical role in ensuring the well-being and independence of our residents, and we are committed to providing ongoing training and support to help them succeed in their roles.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and assistance to residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting
  • Assist with mobility and functional nursing care as defined by the nursing care plan, including transfers, ambulation, ROM, splint application, positioning, sit stand lifts, Hoyer lifts, and whirlpool
  • Develop professional relationships with residents, family members, co-workers, and supervisors to ensure open communication and mutual respect
  • Assist with assessments and treatment procedures as defined by the State Nursing Practice Act and facility policy, including TPR's, BP's, weights, specimen collection, skin care, O2 stats, and O2

Requirements:

  • Active NH LNA license
