Key Responsibilities:
  • Employ effective strategies and resources to address and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Exceed client expectations through proactive engagement with customers, engineers, and technical staff.
  • Respond promptly to service requests from customers.
  • Oversee the performance of equipment and machinery, conducting quality and safety assessments while implementing preventative maintenance protocols.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations on the safe and correct usage of gages and equipment.
  • Offer insights and suggestions for new features and enhancements to both customers and internal teams.
  • Compile regular reports detailing issues, findings, and solutions identified during interactions with customers and technical teams.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, with experience in the automotive sector and familiarity with product launches and programs.
  • Fundamental understanding of GD&T, along with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of metrology.
  • In-depth knowledge of OEM/Tier-1 automotive and heavy truck sales schedules.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary, including potential trips to international locations.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Exceptional active listening and customer service abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple requests under pressure.
  • A strong work ethic coupled with a growth-oriented mindset.
