Job Title: EMT or Paramedic

At Hire Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated EMT or Paramedic to join our team of medical professionals. As an EMT or Paramedic, you will play a critical role in providing emergency medical care to patients in need.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented EMT or Paramedic to respond to emergency and non-emergency ambulance calls. You will provide medical attention to patients, transport them to medical facilities, and ensure their safe return home. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, making a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to emergency and non-emergency ambulance calls to provide medical attention to patients.
  • Transport patients to medical facilities and ensure their safe return home.
  • Provide medical care within the scope of practice of an EMT-B, I, or AEMT or Paramedic, under the guidance of established medical protocols and standing orders.
  • Maintain a clean and organized ambulance, ensuring it is always ready for response.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, EMS providers, hospital and facility staff, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Valid State and/or NREMT License at an EMT-B, I, or AEMT or Paramedic level.
  • Current CPR card.
  • Valid Driver's License and a safe driving record.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
