We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Event Services Team Member to join our team at AEG. As a key member of our event staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Provide friendly and helpful direction to patrons, ensuring they have a positive experience at our events.
  • Event Preparation: Prepare for each event by acquiring all pertinent show information, including event schedules, artist details, and venue layouts.
  • Ticketing and Access Control: Check all passes, credentials, and tickets for the correct location, date, and time, and ensure that guests have access to the correct areas.
  • Security and Safety: Maintain a safe environment at all times for guests, enforcing all AEG and venue policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, staff, and management to ensure a seamless event experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise during events, utilizing event supervisors and management staff for assistance when needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, event staff, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Effective oral communication and writing skills, ability to interact with guests and staff on a professional basis, and ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and select holidays.
