**Job Summary**
At Tatte Bakery, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cafe Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our cafe team, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen activities, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and coordinate kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
- Lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals to achieve exceptional results and exceed guest expectations.
- Develop and implement menu items, recipes, and presentation standards that align with our brand and quality expectations.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to maintain profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience in a high-volume restaurant operation.
- Proven track record of success in leading kitchen teams and achieving exceptional results.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and service standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
