Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Damage Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing commercial property damage restoration projects from start to finish. This includes assessing damage, developing project plans, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring timely completion within budget.

Responsibilities

  1. Assess damage and develop project plans
  2. Coordinate with clients and vendors
  3. Ensure timely completion within budget
  4. Manage production processes to fulfill service needs
  5. Maintain professional appearance of equipment and vehicles

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Experience in cleaning and restoration (preferably IICRC certified)
  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel locally and out of state
  • Ability to work in tight spaces and lift up to 100 pounds
