Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced sales professional with a strong track record of building and maintaining key client relationships, as well as driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies. As a Sales and Catering Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans that meet and exceed company targets.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including prospecting, referrals, and networking events. Develop and maintain existing accounts by providing exceptional service, understanding client needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Account Management: Foster long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business goals, and providing expert advice on how our catering services can support their objectives. Ensure seamless execution of events, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and promote our catering services.
- Operational Excellence: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient event planning, execution, and follow-up. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- 5+ years of experience: In a sales position, preferably within the catering or hospitality industry.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate, persuade, and influence professionals.
- Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the catering industry, including sales and marketing best practices.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel to area businesses and accounts to solicit new business.
