Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, as well as respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Financial Management: Audit and reconcile all financial records, including cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, and room charges.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required.
  • Skills: Proficiency with computers, including reservation and accounting software; excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Schedule: Flexible schedule required, including overnight shift hours.
