About the RoleJob Title: Assembly Technician
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have a background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with proven experience in NPI engineering, preferably in the drone or aerospace industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and assembly techniques.
- Familiarity with design for manufacturability (DFM) principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- Background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in NPI engineering, preferably in the drone or aerospace industry.

We offer a competitive salary range of $62k - $72k USD annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, and paid time off benefits.
