About the Role

We are seeking a licensed Psychologist to join our team as our Director of Mental Health Services at Aspire Therapy and Development Services. As a leading multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic, we provide child-specific and family-focused services that focus on improving skills for communication, daily living, social interaction, sensory and emotional regulation, physical coordination, strength, movement, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and related disorders.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide appropriate psychological therapy for patients.
  • Refer patients to other disciplines for consultation and evaluations as indicated.
  • Provide psychological expertise and education to our team.
  • Provide direct supervision to 1-2 mental health therapists.
Requirements
  • Current Wisconsin Psychology license or eligibility for license.
  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in clinical or child psychology or related field.
  • Experience in a pediatric setting is preferred but not required.
  • Formal training or willingness to be trained in all ADOS modules.
