You will work a flexible schedule to suit your life and the needs of your client, and be available for after-hour calls to address crisis situations. You will be supported in your work through weekly supervision, trainings, and staff meetings with fellow office team members.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support and education to children, youth, and their families involved in the Child Welfare system
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the needs of clients
  • Collaborate with community resources to provide necessary services
  • Conduct supervised visitations and provide transportation as needed
  • Provide parenting and life skill training, substance abuse education, budgeting, meal planning, housing, and employment education and assistance
  • Work a flexible schedule to suit the needs of clients and be available for after-hour calls to address crisis situations

Requirements
  • At least one (1) of the following: High School Diploma or equivalent or Associate's Degree AND a minimum of four (4) years of full-time casework experience working with children and families focused on the protection and care of a child; OR Bachelor's Degree; OR Master's Degree
  • Valid driver's license in good standing and active vehicle insurance
