Job Title: CNA, Caregivers, Med Passers

At Comforts of Home Senior Living, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA/Caregiver to join our team at our St. Croix Falls location.

About the Role:

We are looking for a caring and professional individual to provide exceptional care and service to our residents, families, visitors, and colleagues. As a CNA/Caregiver, you will work as part of a team to provide personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse, and respiration.
  • Document services performed and observe and report any changes in residents' physical and emotional condition.
  • Communicate and interact with residents in a professional, respectful, and kind manner.
  • Ability to communicate and assist residents with dementia or related diagnosis.
Qualifications:
  • No experience necessary; paid training will be provided.
  • High school diploma or equivalency required.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
