Key Responsibilities- Provide Basic Care and Support: Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as provide emotional support and comfort.
- Assist with Medical Tasks: Work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to perform various medical tasks, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and providing wound care.
- Maintain a Safe and Clean Environment: Ensure patient rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained, and report any safety concerns to the nursing staff.
- Communicate Effectively: Communicate openly and honestly with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care and support.
- Current WI Nurse Aide Registry: Must be currently registered with the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
- BLS Certification: Must hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience: Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant is preferred.
