We are seeking a highly skilled To-Go Delivery Expert to join our team at Jackmont Hospitality. As a To-Go Delivery Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests while ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of to-go orders.

Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:



  • Taking orders over the phone and in person, ensuring that every guest receives their order accurately and on time.
  • Preparing orders with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that every item is included and every guest is satisfied.
  • Ensuring that all orders are packed correctly and that every guest receives their order within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Working effectively as part of a team to ensure that all orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.

Requirements:



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • High energy level and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and guidelines.

Salary:


The estimated salary for this position is $38,000 - $48,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
