At JACKMONT HOSPITALITY INC, we're seeking a skilled To Go Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional convenience to our guests without compromising quality or safety.
Key Responsibilities- Taking orders over the phone and in person, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
- Preparing orders and organizing them into bags, double-checking for accuracy and completeness.
- Greeting guests and drivers within 30 seconds, cashing out orders promptly, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Responsible for accurate cash handling and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Packing TOGO and delivery orders, confirming orders with guests, and thanking them for choosing Fridays.
- Performing side duties, including answering the phone, opening doors, cleaning workstations, expediting orders, and running food.
- Stocking the TOGO area to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- A high energy level and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
- Teamwork and professionalism are essential in this role.
