Workforce Coordinator Job Description

Tradesmen International is seeking a highly skilled Workforce Coordinator to join our Workforce Solutions Team. As a Workforce Coordinator, you will play a critical role in elevating our employment brand through the recruitment and employee selection process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source qualified craft-professional candidates across various in-demand trades throughout our national footprint.
  • Engage top talent through enticing and authentic outreach, presenting our company as an employer of choice.
  • Evaluate candidate skills through a consistent interview process, leveraging known success profiles.
  • Problem Solve by analyzing data and reporting to ensure effort and outcomes are closely aligned.
  • Consult with offices to ensure thorough understanding of recruiting needs and expectations.
  • Support all aspects of the recruitment and hiring process, including onboarding and orientation.
Requirements:
  • Previous recruiting experience required.
  • Customer/client relations, HR, and/or communications experience preferred.
  • Experience in iCIMS and Excel a plus.
  • Bilingual Spanish speakers required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, self-driven environment.
  • Regular and predictable attendance essential.
  • Process ownership.
  • Detail and results-oriented, able to consistently perform to metrics.
  • Organization and prioritization skills with the ability to multi-task.
