Retail Service Associate - BMW:

The Sewell Family of Companies is looking for a dedicated full-time Retail Service Associate to enhance our service department. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including vehicle cleaning, managing incoming vehicles, ensuring the shop's cleanliness, conducting test drives, and supporting technicians. This entry-level opportunity is perfect for proactive, responsible, and energetic individuals seeking a full-time position and eager to contribute to our mission of providing outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintains cleanliness in the service and workshop areas
  • Records essential vehicle information such as customer name, VIN, license plate number, mileage, and any pre-existing damage
  • Ensures a tidy and safe service drive and workshop environment, free from debris and hazards
  • Provides transportation for customers to their residences or workplaces as required
  • Exhibits sound judgment and safe driving practices
  • Utilizes communication devices to coordinate with the dealership team
  • Maintains cleanliness in the customer waiting area
  • Regularly empties and cleans all waste receptacles
  • Handles removed parts for recycling or return to the parts department
  • Operates cleaning equipment to maintain shop floors
  • Performs routine maintenance on equipment, including lift systems and large tools
  • Upholds professional discretion at all times
  • Adapts to various weather conditions while performing duties
  • Maintains a positive demeanor while delivering exceptional customer service to all clients
Work Schedule:

Monday through Saturday, with flexible scheduling options available.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates must successfully fulfill each job responsibility, possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record, complete necessary screenings, and meet all government I-9 requirements. A combination of education, experience, and training will be taken into account.
