About the Role

We're seeking a mission-driven Product Manager to join our small but growing team. Reporting to the CEO, you'll have a significant impact on product strategy and development. Your primary responsibility will be to build and launch products that promote mental health care from promotion to early intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and clinical teams to define product requirements and strategy
  • Develop and own product requirement documents and the product roadmap
  • Ensure timely and successful product launches
  • Create product strategy documents outlining business cases, use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
  • Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company vision
  • Collect and analyze customer and stakeholder feedback to inform product direction
  • Stay up-to-date on competitors and market trends, incorporating insights into product strategy and roadmap
  • Analyze data to shape product requirements, features, and end products
  • Make recommendations to expand the product base and vision
  • Assess new product ideas and develop appropriate go-to-market plans
  • Make informed build vs. buy decisions
  • Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing communications
  • Work with marketing to develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Little Otter and its features

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the consumer space and/or healthtech
  • Metric and goal-oriented, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and translation skills, with the ability to interpret information from various sources
  • Demonstrated success in defining and launching successful products
  • Strong user interview experience, with the ability to develop relationships with customers and team members
  • Excited by opportunities to solve problems and improve processes
  • Comfortable discussing technical specifications with engineers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
