Job Title: Lead Product Manager, Compute

CoreWeave is a leading AI Hyperscaler, offering one of the industry's fastest and most flexible infrastructure & managed services for building & deploying accelerated computing applications. As the Lead Product Manager for Compute at CoreWeave, you will be an essential member of our Product Team, with a specific focus on building out our GPU and CPU compute portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for CoreWeave's Compute offerings, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and market needs.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Compute domain.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design, build, and launch compute solutions that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, gathering and prioritizing customer requirements and feedback to continuously improve the products.
  • Liaise with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches, market positioning, and ongoing lifecycle management.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on cloud compute infrastructure and AI/ML workloads.
  • Deep knowledge of GPU architectures, CPU technologies, and their applications in AI and HPC workloads, including an understanding of the latest advancements and market trends.
  • Experience building large-scale, highly available, and performant distributed systems.
  • Proven track record of managing successful products from concept to launch.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
