Senior Lead Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to join our Global Treasury Management team within Enterprise Functions. This role will be part of the Wire product team, supporting key wire channels efforts, including Gpi, FED, CHIPs, and SWIFT channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise senior leadership on developing or influencing business plans, business requirements, and product design for complex business and technical needs.
- Oversee overall product management and strategic focus for technical, complex, and diverse products and services within the wires channels.
- Define product outcomes and strategy, drive towards the end-state vision, and lead cross-functional teams to create exceptional omni-channel experiences and products with measurable business outcomes and customer benefits.
- Be responsible for key business and customer metrics, as well as related processes and policies, including risk and controls.
- 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience.
- Wires and/or cross-border payments product management experience within banking, fintech, or financial services.
- Payment Transformation experience (FedWire, SWIFT, CHIPS, ISO).
- ISO 20022 Transformation and Global Payments Innovation (Gpi) experience.
- 2+ years of ISO 20022 related experience.
- 2+ years of Gpi related experience.
- Correspondent and/or Corporates Banking wires experience.
- Treasury management/transaction banking experience.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.
