The Center Club is seeking a skilled and attentive Host to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our members and their guests, setting the tone for a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Escort guests to their seats and present menus in a friendly and professional manner
  • Greet and seat guests, present menus, and inform them of special catches and soups
  • Treat guests with the highest level of satisfaction and ensure their complete satisfaction
  • Take names on a waiting list and run the floor plan board
  • Observe tables and keep track of clean, dirty, and occupied tables
  • Take guest information and quote wait times accurately when tables are not immediately available
  • Clean, organize, and stock menus at the host area
  • Answer phone, take reservations, and answer questions concerning the menu and restaurant
  • Interact with guests as they arrive and depart to ensure a positive experience
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Able to lift 20lbs frequently and stand/walk for 6-8 hours
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
