About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to lead our efforts in supporting small and medium-sized business (SMB) customers at Dental Intelligence. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer-facing professionals, addressing customer concerns, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance the overall customer experience.

You will have the opportunity to drive business growth by ensuring that customers maximize the value of their Dental Intelligence investment. Additionally, you will contribute to identifying and resolving customer pain points, ultimately improving satisfaction and retention.

Main Objectives:

  • Team Development: Develop and manage a team of 2-3 customer-facing team members, providing coaching, guidance, and training to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customers achieve optimal results from their Dental Intelligence investment through proactive health score management and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Address customer concerns and account updates directly, working closely with customers to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Cross-Functional Partnerships: Collaborate with customer success and marketing teams to identify areas for improvement in the SMB customer experience, proposing innovative solutions to address customer needs.
  • Business Alignment: Oversee ongoing projects related to customer contracts, pricing, and account health, fostering alignment across teams to drive business success.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer success or a comparable role within a SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a talent for building strong relationships with customers.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Passion for driving customer success and business growth.

Salary and Benefits:

This is a salaried position with an estimated annual salary range of $120,000 to $160,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
