Dental Growth Marketing Strategist

Job Description
We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven marketing professional to lead our customer adoption efforts. As a Senior Customer Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our Dental Intelligence software product.
You'll be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing campaigns that resonate with our customer base, encourage deeper engagement with our platform, and foster longtime customer loyalty.
- Demand Generation: Create and execute targeted demand generation campaigns to drive software adoption of our solutions. This includes crafting compelling content, leveraging various marketing channels (email, in-app pop-ups, webinars, etc.), and tracking campaign performance to optimize results.
- ROI Communication: Work with data experts and product specialists to deliver content showcasing the results customers have achieved using our solutions and outlining additional steps they can take to achieve even more.
- Campaign Coordination: Manage competing priorities and create cohesive, overlapping marketing campaigns that align with overall business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer success) to ensure seamless execution.
- Lifecycle Communications Implementation: Identify successful individual campaigns and find ways to implement them into the ongoing customer lifecycle.
- Performance Measurement: Track and measure the success of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze campaign data to identify trends and optimize future efforts.
- Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform marketing strategy. Develop a deep understanding of our target audience to tailor messaging and campaigns effectively.
- Manage Mass Customer Communications: Oversee end-of-life notifications, price increases, automated install/onboarding emails, and other critical communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer marketing or a similar role within a SaaS company.
- A proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns that improve retention and product expansion opportunities.
- A strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.
- A strong understanding of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
