Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for residents.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify resident needs and make recommendations for care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction.
- Current Licensed Practical Nursing license in the state of Virginia.
- CPR certification required upon hire or willing to obtain.
