Job Summary:
The Licensed Practical Nurse 7-3 Shift position at the Jones & Cabacoy Veterans Care Center is a part-time opportunity to provide high-quality nursing care to our veteran residents. As a member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to residents during the 7-3 shift, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, respect, and teamwork among colleagues.
Requirements:
- Current Licensed Practical Nursing license in the state of Virginia.
