We are seeking an experienced nurse to join our team in delivering top-notch care and promoting a nurturing environment for our residents.
Job Description- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Direct and supervise nursing assistants in providing direct patient care
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current LPN or RN license in good standing
- At least 1 year of experience in long-term care setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
