Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Design multimedia training projects based on project objectives, format, methodology, target audience, content, budget, timelines, and available resources.
  • Content Creation: Produce eLearning courses, animated videos, live action videos, online assessments, electronic graphics, and recorded webinars/events.
  • Instructional Design: Use discretion and independent judgment to evaluate complex requirements and provide instructional design recommendations and deliverables to support the client.
  • Analysis and Evaluation: Analyze instructional and communication requirements to determine appropriate media, delivery methods, and sequencing of content.
  • Consultation and Collaboration: Consult with clients and other subject matter experts on multimedia technology, design, and delivery methods.
  • Design and Review: Design content and graphic design elements for multimedia programs, and review outlines and storyboards with appropriate experts.
  • Technical Skills: Create eLearning and video with tools such as Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, TechSmith Camtasia, Adobe Premier Pro.
  • Accessibility and Compliance: Ensure all web-based content, including text, images, videos, eLearning, assessments, and audio comply with Section 508 standard.
  • Innovation and Engagement: Use innovative strategies for learner engagement including gamification and scenario-based interaction.
  • Program Enhancement: Assess and modify existing training programs to meet instructional design standards, and provide enhancements and revisions to existing materials based on SME/Stakeholder feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience, and minimum of 3 years' experience in adult education and multimedia training development.
  • Software Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Technical Suite, Articulate 360 suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Vyond, TechSmith Camtasia, and knowledge of CSS, HTML 5, XHTML, and JavaScript.
