Salary
Base Pay: $17.25
Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $24.94 (estimated)
Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Customer Experience Specialist, you'll work directly with customers in a retail location, evaluating their product needs and making recommendations. You'll also provide outstanding customer service, helping customers interpret account statements and pay bills in the store. Additionally, you'll answer customer questions, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process general service requests. You'll act as a brand ambassador, promoting Comcast/Xfinity products and providing expert-level understanding and passion around technology. You'll maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information, and contribute to a fun and competitive environment that connects products and services to customers' everyday lifestyles.
Requirements
We're looking for individuals with a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in consumer electronics/wireless retail sales. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to work a flexible schedule, and possess the ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes. You'll also need to stand and move about the store constantly.
