**Career Opportunity:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail sales team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in creating meaningful connections with every customer, guiding them through their options, and meeting sales targets.

In this fast-paced environment, you will be part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. You will work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us. Monthly seniority-based schedules are available 2 weeks in advance.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping people and have a drive to succeed. With our uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals earn top sellers $30,725 per year. The average starting earnings per week begin at $801.5.
