Medical Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our team at AndHealth. As a Physician Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping patients reverse chronic disease through personalized treatment plans and collaborative care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive treatment plans for patients and work closely with them to implement their care plan.
- Utilize our detailed clinical treatment protocol to provide high-quality care to patients.
- Review health coach managed cases and provide feedback on treatment plans.
- Assess medication readiness and manage medications as needed.
- Order and interpret laboratory testing as required.
- Monitor patient progress and engage with coaches to coordinate care.
- Collaborate with other providers to ensure patients have access to the care they need.
Requirements:
- Physician Assistant degree required.
- Specialization in Dermatology or Rheumatology preferred.
