Behavioral Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at Rogue Community Health. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting the care teams and patients at our health centers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide case management and Brief Solution-Focused interventions for medically complex patients with co-morbidities
- Address issues of teen substance abuse
- Encourage smoking cessation
- Foster patient engagement, behavioral change, treatment compliance, and health risk factor reduction
- Assist with crisis assessment
- Graduate degree in social work, Clinical Mental Health, or related field
- Master's level required; LCSW or LPC preferred
- Minimum two years' experience in the field of Behavioral Health working with an interdisciplinary team and low-income population
- Opportunity for 4 or 5-day work week
- Mental Health Paid Time Off - Up to 10-hours per quarter
