Job Title: Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our ABA team in the Greenwood Village, CO area. As a Lead BCBA, you will be responsible for the delivery of ABA services within your assigned clinic, ensuring continuity of care, RBT supervision, management, and mentorship of a team of BCBAs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily leadership demonstration of behaviors and decisions that reflect the mission, vision, and culture of the organization.
  • Independently identify and resolve problem areas that impede center achievement of goals.
  • Adhere to and maintain organization policies and procedures.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team across all ABA clinical services to achieve identified standards and reflect the organizational brand on a consistent basis.
  • Deliver corrective action or performance improvement plans to BCBAs, RBTs, or BHTs as needed.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, education, or related field.
  • CURRENT AND ACTIVE Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst by the BACB and licensure (as applicable per state).
  • 3-5 years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
