Position Overview:
The Agency Sales Manager is tasked with driving profitability and premium growth within a designated region. This role encompasses the selection of agencies through the identification of suitable partnerships that align with our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage agency sales across a specified area, focusing on developing profitable business relationships.
- Provide expert sales guidance to agents to enhance production levels.
- Identify and cultivate new premium sources while improving existing ones to meet sales and premium targets.
- Oversee the selection, suspension, and termination processes for agencies.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector, particularly with non-standard auto, motorcycle, or powersports products.
- Proven sales experience with a solid understanding of professional sales methodologies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 4 days a week within the territory, including overnight stays as necessary.
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
