Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Crestwood Center in Milford, NH. As a RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks are implemented effectively.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of NH.
