At Magnet Medical, we are seeking a skilled Radiology Specialist to join our team in Washington, D.C. This 13-week contract position offers an estimated salary of $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Radiology Specialist to work as a CT Technologist in our diagnostic imaging department. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating computed tomography (CT) scanners to perform high-quality imaging procedures for patients. Key responsibilities include patient preparation, operation of CT equipment, image quality review, patient safety and comfort, collaboration with healthcare professionals, equipment maintenance, radiation safety, and documentation and record-keeping.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in radiologic sciences or related field
  • Certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in radiography or computed tomography (CT)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist in a hospital or imaging center setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
