Diagnostic Imaging Specialist - Computed Tomography Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist in Computed Tomography to join our team. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and imaging services.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computed tomography (CT) imaging and experience working with a variety of patients, including those with complex medical conditions. You will work closely with our radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Administer CT scans and other diagnostic imaging procedures as ordered by physicians
  • Analyze images to identify abnormalities and assist in diagnosing patient conditions
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
  • Provide exceptional patient care and education on imaging procedures and results
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of imaging procedures and results
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
  • Certification in Computed Tomography (CT) from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • At least one year of experience in CT imaging
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
