We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse LPN to provide high-quality care to our senior adult patients in their homes. As a Private Duty Nurse LPN, you will be responsible for implementing the physician's prescribed plan of care, conducting patient assessments, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Compliant, timely documentation of care provided in our system of record
  • Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
  • Responsible for accepting and writing verbal orders from physicians as required
Requirements:
  • 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
