Government Property Management Specialist

DCS Corp is seeking an experienced Logistics and Inventory Control Specialist to support an Army Project Manager located on a military base in tracking and accounting for government property.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property management duties, including inventory control, serial number verification, property book management, hand receipt tracking, and asset accountability.

Coordinate and conduct property accountability at the senior officer level and ensure accountability processes at the mid-level officer level.

Develop and implement tracking processes using Microsoft Excel as a database for organizational documentation, staffing, equipment shipping/receiving, and inventory of on-site equipment.

Utilize Project Management Planning and Tracking (PM PNT) SharePoint for documentation control and management.

Conduct shipping, mailing, and tracking of documentation and hardware.

Required Skills:

Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

High school diploma and 16 years of experience in logistics and inventory control.

Must have an active Secret clearance.

Experience and familiarity with Government Furnished Equipment and Property Accountability Systems (GFEBS) and Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army).
