About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS). As a Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safety-first culture and ensuring the reliability and performance of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safety-first culture and ensure the reliability and performance of equipment
  • Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance and life cycle optimization strategies
  • Support the maintenance team through development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of preventive maintenance and engineering procedures
  • Conduct and assist with inspections and qualitative audits to ensure compliance to the scope of work
  • Responsible for maintenance and reliability planning and measurement
  • Help develop a world-class predictive maintenance program focused on system reliability and uptime of Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
  • Create technical program playbooks and procedures
  • Perform reliability analysis of the maintenance program by performing in-depth root cause analysis and trending
  • Develop specifications and assist in solicitation and administration of maintenance/repair service contracts
  • Assist with process and procedure training as requested
  • Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members
Requirements
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience with instrumentation/controls and computerized maintenance management systems
  • Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles, as well as financial reporting and analysis
  • Works with engineering and operations teams to perform analyses of assets including overall equipment effectiveness, remaining useful life, other parameters that define operation condition, reliability, and costs of assets
