Job Summary

We are seeking two experienced professionals to join our team as HCV Managers at the Everett Housing Authority. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in leading the operational work for our Housing Choice Voucher program, including supervising and assigning work for a team of Certification Specialists and THRIVE Program Specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and assign work for a team of Certification Specialists and THRIVE Program Specialists
  • Implement triennial reviews for fixed income households
  • Monitor and perform Reasonable Accommodation evaluations for the department
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and local housing regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Community Development, Public Administration, Human Services, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • Two years of progressively responsible rental assistance or program management experience, including at least one year in a supervisory or management capacity
  • Nan McKay or equivalent Certification in Housing Choice Voucher Program Management required, or ability to obtain certification within 12 months
