Job Title: LPN - Patient Experience Specialist

Southcoast Health System is seeking a talented LPN-Service Excellence Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The LPN position reports to the Manager of Service Excellence and Patient Experience or designee. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, monitoring, and implementing the Service Excellence, Care Experience, and HCAHPS programs, including *The Southcoast Way* focusing on clinical staff.
  • Participating in the development and execution of the hospitality program for clinical and operational roles.
  • Assisting in monthly analysis of clinical department, clinical unit, and SPG practice service outcomes and hardwiring.
  • Participating in the Southcoast Health service recovery program as it relates to clinicians.
  • Assisting with system-wide grievance process.
  • Tracking measurable outcomes.
  • Supporting clinical teams in integrating patient experience best practices into daily routines.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Completion of LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) education requirements, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience in a healthcare or patient advocacy environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, presentation, organizational, and team building skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare environment and regulatory requirements regarding patient rights.
  • Current LPN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island.
