Starting Salary:
$17.50 / hour

*The offered salary or salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.

Position Overview:
The Sales Representative serves as the primary customer service expert within the store.

They are tasked with surpassing customer expectations by attentively addressing customer needs, identifying suitable products, delivering comprehensive product information about the items of interest, and finalizing the sale.


Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and surpass sales targets
Uphold brand and operational standards (visual presentation, cleanliness, etc.)

Address customer needs and exceed expectations by implementing the UNIQLO service standard, adhering to the UNIQLO Fundamental Principles, and utilizing the 6 standard phrases.

Possess knowledge of fitting room protocols and assist as necessary
Serve as cashier when required by adhering to cashier procedures
Handle incoming shipments and ensure all merchandise is displayed on the sales floor in a complete size range
Collaborate with management to identify and resolve store issues
Provide customers with product and brand insights
Comply with all company policies and procedures & inform management of any violations
Assist with special projects as directed by management

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Willingness to work a flexible schedule that aligns with business needs, including evenings and weekends
Capacity to stand for extended periods, read computer screens, and lift or move objects weighing at least 25 pounds
Ability to navigate the sales floor and stockroom, including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
