Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process customer transactions, including handling cash, credit card payments, and making change.
  • Operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, including printing, binding, and shipping equipment.
  • Stock and maintain a clean and organized retail store, including shelves, displays, and work areas.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to promote FedEx Office products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6+ months of specialized experience in retail customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure.
  • Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in retail customer service or a related field.
  • Knowledge of FedEx Office products and services.
  • Ability to lift 55 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
