Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Manager, you will:

  • Oversee all operational aspects of the branch.
  • Conduct audits on new accounts and loan documentation to ensure compliance.

  • Exercise sound judgment while adhering to established guidelines and limits.
  • Demonstrate integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism at all times.
  • Consistently present a positive and professional demeanor with members and partners.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer-facing technology to assist members with self-service options.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance employee and member experiences proactively.
  • Support all branch functions to improve both individual and team performance.
  • Build a high-performing team through effective development and mentorship.
  • Direct and manage service delivery systems to ensure quality and efficient member service.
  • Motivate, train, and reward staff while addressing their feedback and concerns.
  • Set performance goals for team members and guide them in creating actionable plans.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in branch management.
  • Proven leadership and staff supervision capabilities.
  • A background in cash handling.
  • Excellent customer service skills along with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A genuine desire to assist others.
  • Proficiency in computer usage, internet navigation, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts within operational hours.
  • Eligibility to meet SAFE Act requirements for MLO registration.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field is preferred.
Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to:

  • Lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, and reports.
  • Identify members accurately.
