Position Overview:

The Clinical Team Supervisor is a registered nurse, LPN, or CMA responsible for overseeing the operations of designated healthcare units, which may include multiple physician practices.

This role involves full-time engagement and requires collaboration with the clinical team to implement the Nursing Process, ensuring high-quality care for both adult and pediatric patients.

The Supervisor is tasked with enhancing workflow efficiency and managing clinical operations, while also ensuring that daily activities within the team are effectively executed.

Key Qualifications: Current NH Nursing License (RN), LPN, or CMA. BLS certification is mandatory. Familiarity with contemporary nursing practices and techniques. Proficient in basic computer operations. Maintains optimal physical and emotional health. Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Exhibits personal attributes such as compassion, understanding, respect, sound judgment, integrity, humor, enthusiasm, and the capability to connect effectively with patients, families, and fellow team members. Acknowledges the significance of serving as a positive role model for colleagues.
