Position Overview:


The Clinical Supervisor is a registered nurse tasked with overseeing the operations of a designated area, which includes managing physician practices.

This role involves collaborating with the clinical team to guarantee high-quality care for both adult and pediatric patients. Key responsibilities encompass enhancing workflow efficiency, addressing clinical matters, and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the team.

Key Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited Nursing School
  • Valid NH Nursing License (RN)
  • BLS certification is mandatory
  • Awareness of contemporary trends and methodologies in nursing
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Personal attributes such as compassion, empathy, respect, sound judgment, integrity, humor, enthusiasm, and the capacity to connect effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
