Radiology Specialist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Radiology Specialist to join their team for a travel assignment in Carroll, Iowa.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CT equipment, preparing patients for diagnostic procedures, and providing high-quality images to radiologists for interpretation.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic procedures, explaining the process and positioning them appropriately.
- Set technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy and pathology.
- Provide images to radiologists for interpretation.
- Follow hospital safety rules and procedures.
Requirements:
- One to three years' experience as a CT Technologist.
- Certifications or licenses may be required for this position.
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and use a computer.
