Clinical Research Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Research Nurse Interventionist to join our team at Kaiser Permanente. As a Research Nurse Interventionist, you will play a critical role in conducting clinical research studies, working closely with patients, and contributing to the advancement of healthcare knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical evaluations, interventions, and measurements requiring professional clinical knowledge and education.
- Utilize clinical knowledge and skills to evaluate participant responses and make subsequent decisions around patient safety and participation issues.
- Develop project intervention plans and tools, data collection instruments, and manual of operations.
- Plan, implement, and monitor participant safety and data quality control measures.
- Participate as part of the research project team, attend project meetings, and identify problems and propose solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum two (2) years of experience performing professional functions required by the project.
- Certifications, licenses, or degrees as determined by the needs of the research projects, such as registered nurse, nurse practitioner, certified mental health therapist/specialist, MSW, pharmacist, physical therapist, certified health education specialist, clinical psychologist, acupuncturist.
