We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at KinderCare Learning Companies. As a key member of our center staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement our research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child.
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment that fosters learning and growth.
  • Partner with parents to provide exceptional care and education for their children.
  • Support the success of your center by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain.
  • Physical ability to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
  • Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.
  • Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.
