Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at our new Bluestone Drive location in St. Charles, MO. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our young students.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and curriculum to promote learning and development
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment that supports the physical, emotional, and social needs of our students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive educational experience
  • Build strong relationships with parents and guardians to ensure their needs are met and their children receive the best possible care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry standards
Requirements
  • CDA, Associates Degree, or higher (preferred but not required)
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • Experience working with children 0-13 years-old (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday for full-time employment
